90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a digital product or subscription for any reason, you may request a refund within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at dnacare@dnabehavior.com and provide your proof of purchase along with a brief explanation of your experience. While feedback is appreciated and helps us improve, it is not required to receive a refund under this guarantee.

 

Refund Process

Once your refund request has been received and reviewed, we will process any approved refund within seven (7) business days. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Exceptions

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Delivered consulting services

  • Completed training sessions or workshops

  • Conferences and live events

  • Speaking engagements

  • Custom professional services that have already been performed

  • Non-refundable deposits associated with scheduled services

If a service has been partially delivered, DNA Behavior reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the portion of services already provided.
