Data Sovereignty Policy

Your Profile Belongs to You

Last updated October 16, 2026

This policy explains how you retain ownership of your completed DNA Behavior profile, how we process it on your behalf, and our commitment to never sell profiles.

Your Data Belongs to You

When you complete a DNA Behavior Discovery Process, the profile you create is yours. That holds whether you paid for it yourself or your employer, financial advisor, or coach paid for it.

We Process, You Own

DNA Behavior, or the authorized partner that provides your assessment, processes your profile on your behalf. Organizations that sponsor your assessment can use your insights for the purpose they offered it, such as professional development, communication coaching, team alignment, or relationship intelligence. They do not own your profile, and neither they nor DNA Behavior will sell it.

Your Profile Goes With You

If you change jobs, advisors, or coaches, your Natural Behavior insights don’t stay behind. You can request a copy of your profile, keep access through an individual account (subject to our individual account terms), or ask us to delete it.

What We Keep, and What We Don’t

We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our research and platform. That data cannot identify you. You or your sponsoring organization can ask us to anonymize your profile at any time.

From Estimate to Owned

Some organizations begin with a Digital Scan: an estimate of a person’s behavioral style built only from publicly available information. Each Digital Scan is created for one organization only. We don’t reuse a scan for another organization, and we don’t sell scans.

An estimate is a starting point. When you complete the DNA Behavior Discovery Process, your completed profile replaces the estimate. It is based on your own answers, it is always private, and it belongs to you.

Why This Matters

Behavioral data describes how you make decisions, communicate, and handle money. That kind of insight should stay under the control of the person it describes. We believe behavioral intelligence works best when people trust how their data is handled, and trust starts with ownership.

Questions or Requests
