AI AND ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

At DNA Behavior, we are committed to the ethical and responsible use of AI-driven behavioral insights. As AI continues to shape the way we connect, communicate, and make decisions, we recognize that its power must be used thoughtfully. While our AI technology provides valuable predictive insights, it is essential that our users also do their part in applying these insights ethically, transparently, and with respect for individual privacy. 

Our AI Principles: 

At DNA Behavior, we align our AI practices with Microsoft's Responsible AI principles to ensure the ethical and transparent use of technology. As a Microsoft customer and partner, we adhere to the following six core principles:  

Fairness: Our AI systems are designed to provide unbiased, equitable outcomes, avoiding any unfair treatment based on personal characteristics. 

Reliability and Safety: We ensure our AI-powered solutions are rigorously tested for accuracy and resilience, prioritizing secure, reliable performance across all platforms. 

Privacy and Security: Safeguarding personal data is paramount. We implement strong privacy and security measures to protect all user information in accordance with global standards. 

Inclusiveness: We strive to create AI tools that cater to diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility for everyone, including underrepresented groups. 

Transparency: We maintain clear, open communication about how our AI works, offering clients and users insight into decision-making processes and outcomes. 

Accountability: DNA Behavior takes full responsibility for the actions and impacts of our AI solutions, ensuring governance mechanisms are in place to address any ethical concerns. 

Acceptable Use of DNA Behavior AI 

  1. Enhancing Human Decision-Making: Our AI technology is designed to support, not replace, human judgment. Insights provided by the Digital Scan should be used as a guide for better engagement, hiring, and relationship-building rather than as absolute determinants of behavior.
  2. Transparency & Consent: Users of our AI tools must ensure that they adhere to relevant data privacy laws when using behavioral insights. When integrating our technology, businesses should provide clear disclosures to individuals about the nature and purpose of AI-driven predictions.
  3. Avoiding Bias & Discrimination: Our AI is designed to provide objective insights, but users must take care to apply the data in ways that promote fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunities. The Digital Scan should never be used for discriminatory hiring practices, unfair profiling, or unethical decision-making.

User Responsibility 

  1. Compliance with Laws & Regulations: Organizations utilizing our AI technology must comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws in their jurisdictions.
  2. Data Handling & Security: Users are responsible for ensuring that any personal data processed through DNA Behavior tools is handled securely and ethically, respecting privacy rights.
  3. Accountability & Oversight: Organizations using our AI solutions should implement internal governance frameworks to monitor AI use, review insights, and ensure the responsible application of behavioral predictions.
  4. Ethical Use & Psychological Safety: Users must apply AI-driven insights in a way that fosters trust, respect, and psychological safety within their organizations. Insights should be used to empower individuals, not manipulate or pressure them.

Limitations & Indemnification 

DNA Behavior provides AI-powered behavioral insights based on available data, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. AI predictions should be supplemented with human evaluation. 

Users agree to assume responsibility for how they implement and act upon AI-driven insights. DNA Behavior disclaims liability for misuse, misinterpretation, or ethical violations resulting from AI-generated data. 

By using DNA Behavior AI solutions, users agree to indemnify and hold DNA Behavior harmless from any claims arising from improper application or non-compliance with this policy.
